When I started with Personal Training I was looking to improve my golf game. I felt I needed more mobility and flexibility to apply to my golf swing.
I also wanted to improve my core strength as it is an important part of golf along with my balance and reduce body fat whilst increasing muscle.
The program was very detailed along with food advice and ongoing individual support.
The result has been the achievement of all my original goals plus a change in lifestyle habits which has had the added benefit of better energy and focus.
