“My life has changed so much for the better since I started training with Thrive Optimal Human Performance.
I was stuck in a rut.
As I’m not clued up on training or nutrition I wasn’t getting in shape. I felt I needed to be more accountable as I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough in the gym.
Since starting training, one of the best things is having a training structure. Having a new training block every 4 weeks gives me a perfect balance between variety and progression.
Aside from the training and the obvious health benefits, I value the social side of things and the support from the group. Outside of training, we’ve done a Born Survivor obstacle run, Escape Room and plenty of meals and nights out.
I am in the best shape of my life and I now have a real interest in my personal health and fitness. I think the biggest result for me now, is that my goals aren’t aesthetic, I want to change myself to see what my body can do, not just the way I look. That’s really important to me as I have struggled in the past with looking at myself in the mirror”.
