Training with Thrive Optimal Human Performance has not only helped me lose weight and feel more energetic, but it has also given me a great group of friends who motivate me and get me to the gym when I’m not in the mood. I look forward to training with the group and it makes keeping fit fun and enjoyable.
The coaches have also helped me overcome lower back problems; with their guidance and support, both in the group training and small group, I have recovered from back surgery and I’m regaining my former fitness and lifestyle. They have supported me in strengthening my back and keeping it mobile throughout my recovery.
The trainer’s knowledge of all aspects of strength, mobility, health, and fitness is amazing, their advice and training support is always spot on and they always know how to make tweaks to your technique to get the best results.
