These “heads” of the families have a series of simpler versions of themselves working underneath them trying to progress to become the head of the family.
Essentially, in the gym it is your job to select the exercise that is challenging, yet possible for you stick at it for a month, making it a little harder each week as mentioned, and then aim to progress onto the next level of exercises.
Not all exercises were created equal, they have varying technical difficulty, but with more technical difficulty comes more reward.
