Each session is an hour of quality training designed to challenge and develop growth in every individual. Using our years of experience and education, our aim is to design training to suit your current fitness levels and enable you to develop.
Whether you’re completely new to exercise and nutrition and are feeling a little daunted with where to start, you have been used to exercising previously but are feeling lost with what to do when you visit the gym, you’re uninspired with how you’re currently training or you’ve had a previous injury and could benefit from expert advice on how to continue training, your Thrive coach will work with you individually to understand you and your own capabilities.
Our job is to engage, laugh with and relate to our members pushing you to develop within what you are currently capable of. We aim to provide a positive, safe, quality environment where you can work-out and regularly progress.
“To educate, motivate and create exercise and nutrition habits to enable clients to make long term lifestyle changes.”
Your coach will work with you to educate you on how to fit exercise and nutrition into your everyday life. We understand that people have busy lives and we work with you to make your training programme and nutrition fit your lifestyle. Implementing lifestyle changes as it suits you – gradually and habitually – will lead to longer term results.
Your training sessions will be based around a blend of multi disciplines rather than a single training method. Training properly to incorporate different components including cardio, weight training, flexibility and mobility to progress all aspects of physical development. Your coach will ensure correct form and exercise techniques and will educate you to build confidence and knowledge to allow you to complete your own workout sessions.
Working alongside your friendly, supportive coach you’ll have a personal programme which will see you developing week by week working to your own capability and lifestyle.
Training in small teams with people like you, will enable you to harness the positive energy and atmosphere of working together towards a common goal.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our coaches offering you a first-class experience.
